The Arsen Petrosyan Quartet was formed in 2018 by renowned duduk player Arsen Petrosyan, who is one of his generation's main proponents of the Armenian duduk.
The idea was introducing Armenian traditional and sacred music internationally. They bring the Armenian ancient mystical music through their repertoire, which spans different eras and genres within Armenia's historical timeline. They have performed at concert venues such as Wiener Konzerthaus, Salle Cortot Paris, Concertgebouw Brugge, Great Amber Liepaja and many more.

On July 22, at 8:30 PM, an exclusive concert program will be held on the open-air stage of the Komitas Chamber Music Hall Park, dedicated to the music of Arno Babajanyan and to the 105th anniversary of one of the brightest representatives of Armenian popular and compositional art.
The program features new jazz arrangements of Arno Babajanyan’s well-known works, performed by vocalist Anna Kostanyan and the Davit Melkonyan Quartet, created special for this project. Familiar melodies are presented through a contemporary sound and a new artistic approach while preserving their musical and emotional essence.
The project offers a new interpretation of Armenian musical heritage through the language of modern jazz, improvisation, and live ensemble interaction.
