On February 21, join us for the opening concert of the Contemporary Music Festival, featuring the world premiere of a Piano Concerto by contemporary composer Vig Zartman, performed by the renowned pianist Ashot Khachatourian and the Armenian State Symphony Orchestra.
The program will also include Alexander Arutiunian’s Festive Overture and John Ter-Tadevosyan’s Symphony No. 4, commemorating the 100th anniversary of the great composer. The conductor for the concert evening is Sergey Smbatyan.
